•  MMS Principal: Nick Honeycutt

Welcome and Thanks for Visiting our Website!  On behalf of the faculty and staff, it is my pleasure to welcome to you Madison Middle School. We are excited about the year ahead and look forward to many successful and productive experiences in learning. Our goal is to work together to provide every child with the best education possible.  Madison Middle School serves approximately 600 students in sixth grade through eighth grade.  I feel very fortunate to be the principal at Madison Middle School and look forward to serving the teachers, students, parents and Madison County Community.
I am a Madison County native, graduate of Madison High School and being named Principal at Madison Middle is like coming home for me since I attended the school as a student.  I began my career with Madison County Schools as a sixth grade teacher at Madison Middle School and then transitioned into school administration as Assistant Principal at Madison High.  The following year I transferred back to Madison Middle as Assistant Principal where I served for four years.  Following that, I was hired as Principal at Mars Hill Elementary School for four years and three months.  I learned a lot and value the experiences I have had in each of these positions.  In October 2015, I was named and transferred as the Principal at Madison Middle School.
We hope that you get involved in the activities of our school and we look forward to working with you!  Please feel free to email me, nhoneycutt@madisonk12.net, call or stop by the school and visit.  Occasionally, I will send out email with school highlights and information.  If you would like to get your email on the listserv, please feel free to email me.  Again, thanks for visiting our site and Go Patriots!
