Brush Creek's Annual Holiday Food Drive

Dear Brush Creek Families,

It is time for the 12th annual 3rd grade Holiday Food Drive. This is a community service project that 3rd grade does each year at this time. We could not do it without the support of the whole school. The food that we collect will be supporting the Backpack (full of food) Program that serves many of our students here at Brush Creek Elementary as well as other students in Madison County Schools. We can hopefully provide enough food for our 3rd graders to be able to pack 175 bags that will give Backpack Program students and their families a wonderful Christmas meal.

Our food drive is beginning now and will end on Friday, December 7, 2018. We have assigned each grade level a specific item to bring in. Please follow the guidelines as far as size due to the manner in which the items must be packed in the bags. The classroom that collects the most items will earn an ice cream party.

Thank you for your support for this worthy cause,

Brush Creek Elementary 3rd Grade Students and Teachers
