Brush Creek Elementary, Hot Springs Elementary, Mars Hill Elementary, Madison Middle School, Madison High School, Madison Early College High School, have all been awarded AdvancED accreditation by the North Central Association of Accreditation.  Dr. Hoffman stated, "accreditation means that our school system is meeting a high standard across all of our schools and has met the criteria for educational quality established by the Accreditation Committee."  Chief Academic Officer Lisa Gahagan stated, "it was an honor to showcase Madison County Schools to our AdvancED Acceditation Team.  Our students, teachers, staff, Principals, and Administrators are an outstanding group to work with."  The AdvancED Team documented many powerful practices within our school system.  One that we are proud of reads, "The district commits to a focus on the total child and a safe and respectful environment."  They also documented a "culture of care" being evident in our schools.  Congratulations on this significant recognition!
